I love making mini cards because they’re quick & easy, and quite often, I am in need of a card and don’t have one already made! (Much like the cobbler’s children having no shoes….)
Here’s another mini card that could be for Valentine’s day or any other occasion to remind someone special that you appreciate them! I used whisper white cardstock to create a 3×3 card that fits into Stampin’ Up!’s mini square envelopes. The "love" from Tagger’s Dozen is stamped in purely pomegranate (LOVE that colour). I then used the Punches Plus classy brass embossing template to dry emboss the square around the image and as a guide to pierce a few holes at each corner. A bit of purely pomegranate double stitched ribbon finishes it off.
With the ribbon, I must admit, it’s a bit of a tight squeeze into the envelope, but you’re not able to mail envelopes this size anyway – this is an "up close & personal" kind of card – you have to hand it to the recipient!
