I’m adding an extra class onto my schedule – because I love this kit so much!! In honour of Black Friday….I’m offering up this deal starting today! For $20 you get the kit and you can attend a class here in Burlington where you will make the snowflakes! (the image on the left is the snowflake itself, the image on the right is showing ideas for its use other than ornaments, if you wish). THIS IS OFFER IS LIMITED TO 10 KITS. Once those 10 kits are gone, the deal is gone. The kits are priced at $17.95 not including shipping & tax, and my usual class fee is $20, so this is a deal!
It’s a night out to craft and have fun, plus you’ll get some holiday prep done as well!! You can use these embellishments as decorations (on the tree, on the mantel, on the door….) or as tags for those extra special presents for those extra special people… This class will be offered Wednesday, December 4th – 7pm (running simultaneously with the Monthly Card Class) and Friday, December 6th – 7pm (running simultaneously with the Christmas Card Class). This is the card we created live on air last week when I was invited back to CHCH TV’s Morning Live show. I always enjoy my spots there, and I know that co-host Annette Hamm is crafty, so it’s always fun to share new projects with her. While this is a Christmas card, I think you could change out the sentiment and turn it into an any occasion card…maybe add a few more stars…or have no stars at all….hmmm….. You may not recognize the Stampin’ Up! Evergreen stamp set as it does not appear in a current catalogue but is still available to order, which is a good thing, since I like it so much 🙂

When we made this card in Stampers Club, some people were looking for the Designer Series Paper to complete this project….but it’s all done with stamps! We stamped the various ornaments from the Stampin’ Up! set Ornament Keepsakes in Smoky Slate (have I mentioned how much I LOOOOOVE this new addition to the SU colour family?), Night of Navy and Always Artichoke. Added the “merry” cut from Brushed Silver Cardstock and tada! I adhered a strip of the Brushed Silver Cardstock to a Big Shot Multi-Purpose Adhesive sheet so after we die cut the word, it adhered easily and neatly to the cardfront.
