Last Chance Sale Coming Soon!

Selected retiring product from the September-December Mini Catalogue will be on sale!

As suggested by the name, the September-December Mini Catalogue will be ending soon….and Stampin’ Up! has released the list of retiring products, plus a sale on selected retiring products starting at 12am Mountain Time, Tuesday 21 November!

You can download the pdf version of the retiring list here

or the sortable spreadsheet version of the retiring list here.

There is also a list of products that will be carried over and still available for purchase. Some of the items will be available as an online product (so not appearing in a printed publication) while others may return in a future Annual Catalogue or Mini Catalogue.

You can download the pdf version of the carryover list here

or the sortable spreadsheet version of the carryover list here.

Once Tuesday comes, you can shop in the YamStamps Online Stampin’ Up! Canada store – shortcut is YamStamps.com/shop or you can message me if you’d like to pay by etransfer or need assistance placing your order. If you’re messaging me, you don’t have to wait until Tuesday – message me as soon as possible so that I can get your order ready and submitted as soon as I’m able! The sale starts at 12am Mountain Time (2am Eastern), and I’ll do my best to submit as soon as possible. As always with “while supplies last” items, there’s the chance that things may sell out – so don’t hesitate!

Last Chance and FREE SHIPPING

Happy December! (I know, it’s been December for almost a week….I’m catching up I guess?!! LOL). My YamStamps email newsletter will have the December multiproject edition going out tomorrow (Tuesday 7 December) and will include some of this information as well. Photo below for attention…and also to show off the Knit Sweater Dies – one of the dies that is on the Last Chance Sales List!

Last chance to get the dies for this project!

First up – the July-December Mini Catalogue sales period is coming to a close (if you couldn’t figure out by the name of the catalogue itself…). Stampin’ Up! has some of the retiring product from this catalogue at sales pricing right now! You can download and check out the list here (spreadsheet) or here (pdf).

Next up – you may have noticed this already if you’ve placed an online order through the YamStamps Online Stampin’ Up! Canada store – there are no more “backorders” on items. (Quite honestly, I’m amazed this hasn’t been instituted until now). With the global supply chain issues and shipping issues, it’s harder and harder for companies to maintain the flow of goods at previously predictable rates. Until now, Stampin’ Up! has been placing products on backorder and shipping them out when supply reaches the warehouses. Starting this month, you’ll still be able to order your Stampin’ Up! products (or have me place the order for you), but if an item is not currently in stock, the code will be “turned off” and the product will be unavailable to order until stock is replenished. If you have any items at present still on backorder, they will be shipped as soon as stock is available, so have no fear. It’s just going forward, you’ll either be able to order the items, or not.

What does this mean for you? Well – in many cases, probably not a big change in how things are happening now, but there’s a few things I would encourage.
1) If you MUST have that Stampin’ Up! item, don’t hesitate! Include it on your next order
2) If you are nervous that an item will go out of stock, your best and most timely bet is to place the order yourself online. Shortcut is yamstamps.com/shop; once you’ve placed your order it will ship directly to you. You’ll also know instantly whether or not you’ll get everything you want – because if it’s not available to order it won’t let you add it to your shopping cart.

If you want me to place the order for you, I’m happy to enter it as always, though please be aware that there may be a delay between when you contact me and when I place the order. I will contact you via email or phone if something is not available to order. You can then substitute an item or go ahead without it.

Poinsettia Card

I love how easy this Poinsettia Card was to make – using Stampin’ Up!’s Plush Poinsettia Specialty Paper from the August-December 2020 Mini Catalogue.

I coloured the plush portions of the vellum using a sponge dauber, and then adhered it onto a Gold Foil sheet and added the sentiment from Itty Bitty Christmas die cut with a Stitched Rectangle die. When I was colouring, I tried to stay mostly on the plush portions but didn’t get too fussed if it was off a little bit – I figure it’s more artistic that way LOL.

If you’ve been loving the products from the August-December Mini Catalogue, you’ll also maybe realize that they will be leaving us soon! Stampin’ Up! has let us know which products will make another appearance – either in the next Annual Catalogue OR the next “holiday” Mini Catalogue – which will actually be July– December (an extra month vs this year!). You can download the spreadsheet here for the returning products. NOTE that on the returning products spreadsheet there are tabs indicating which catalogue they will be appearing in.

Year End Sale

In terms of items that are retiring – Stampin’ Up! has announced a Year End Sale on selected retiring August-December Mini Catalogue products. REMEMBER that “Bundles” typically “retire”, though the individual elements may return in a future catalogue – just not as part of the discounted bundle. Selected retiring products are on sale from December 8 – January 4 – and all items are WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. Here’s a spreadsheet of retiring items; here’s a pdf version if you prefer.

Your best bet is to place your order online at YamStamps.com/shop – it can be delivered directly to you in Canada – or if you need assistance placing an order or prefer me to place the order for you, I’d recommend contacting me ASAP – if you can send me a message by 8pm on Monday December 7th, I’ll do my best to get things organized so that I can place the orders early on the 8th for best possibility of getting things before they’re gone.

Happy New Mini Catalogue Day!

Aug-Dec 2020 Mini Catalogue cover
August-December 2020 Mini Catalogue

Today is the first day that the August- December 2020 Mini Catalogue is live! Or as I call it “The Catalogue Previously Known as the Holiday Catalogue”. Whatever you call it, you can order from it starting today!

You may also notice that the Stampin’ Up! site (and my YamStamps Online Stampin’ Up! Canada Store) look slightly different. The site’s been updated – so first things first – you’ll have to manually enter your username and password at least on your first visit. Your browser will think it’s a different site so won’t automatically plug in your password if that’s how you usually access it. If not – you can always use the password reset link (and then check your email spam folder in case it gets sent there).

Since the store got changed over, a lot of the links to products are not working as they used to – so I’m in the process of going through and fixing them up as I can – you can imagine what kind of a job that is LOL!! Thank you for your patience in the meantime!

Enjoy the catalogue, and don’t forget to spend those Bonus Days coupon codes – you have until August 31st to do so! As always, please contact me if you have any questions or need assistance placing an order.
