Sorry for the bit of blog silence lately – I'm in the midst of trying to find all the cords etc so that I can upload my photos from Leadership (I just got back last evening!).
In the meantime, I'm popping in to ask if you're on my list – please sign up for my email list – because next week I'm starting the 10 Weeks of Sale-a-Bration mailings! I'm trying something new to celebrate Sale-a-Bration this year! Each week, you'll receive an email with a new project featuring Sale-a-Bration product. Each email will have a photo, supply list, and complete instructions to create the project. You'll automatically receive the mailing, with no cost, BUT ONLY IF YOU'RE ON MY LIST!! So – please sign up, if you haven't already! Click on that link, or come to www.yamstamps.com directly and sign up in the box that either pops up or is on the right hand side. App users, I'm in the midst of fixing the feed so that the photos etc will show up in the app, but in the meantime, please click on the link to come to the site!
See you again soon with more photos and news – promise!

'Tis the season….where people get short of Christmas cards…. so here's a quick card you can create!
Stampin' Up!'s Be of Good Cheer Designer Series Paper serves as a backdrop for the image from Easy Events. I used the Corner Rounder punch to give a bit of a different look to the papers and tie the background and foreground together. You could "bling" this card up as well with rhinestones or pearls on the berries.
Before I forget….the Ornamental Elegance kit is already sold out! If you are still keen on learning how to make one the ornament on the front of Stampin' Up!'s Holiday catalogue, there are still some openings for my class on Saturday, December 15th. Contact me to register.
Thought I'd share this card that I "CASE"d (Copy and Stamp/Steal/Share Everything) from my friend Karen Duke. I loved the fact that it was a monochromatic card done with one set. Easy to create multiples when needed, and so pretty. Also fits in with my "simple but effective" approach to cardmaking! This card uses Pool Party ink and cardstock, and the Blooming With Kindness stamp set.
When Stampin' Up! demonstrators get together, there's bound to be swapping – everyone will create card samples and then trade them with others so you end up with a whole bunch of different cards, styles and techniques. It's a great way to get creative inspiration.
If you are looking to get some creative inspiration, I hope you'll be as excited as I am when I launch my online classes! Coming in January, you will be able to receive cardmaking inspiration from anywhere in the world that has internet access. I'm in the preparation stages now, so watch for news of the launch. I'll be sharing more information once it's up and running.
In the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me!
