Stampin’ Up!’s Retired List will be released April 21st – so it’s time for my Annual Retired List Contest!
The winner will receive a $25 gift certificate from me that can be used for a shopping spree or a class fee. If you get all 10 correct, you’ll get a $30 gift certificate!!
HOW TO WIN:
1) Send me a list of 10 stamp sets that you believe will be on the Retired List by Saturday, April 19th at midnight. DO NOT include wheels, hostess sets or seasonal catalogue items (e.g. Occasions catalogue sets).
2) If you have the highest number of correct guesses, you WIN! Get all 10 correct and you’ll win a $30 gift certificate! In the event of a tie, a random draw will take place.
3) Everyone who enters will receive a $5 gift certificate.
FINE PRINT: contest and offer/prizes are offered through me, only, and can only be redeemed through me. I reserve the right to shut down the contest entries early if the list is somehow leaked. Contest open to Canadians only due to Stampin’ Up! sales regulations.

It's that time of year again….Stampin' Up! will be releasing its list of retiring stamps and accessories this Wednesday, April 24th. Usually, accessories are available while supplies last, only. Stamps are usually available until the last day for ordering from the current catalogue – in this case, June 3rd. I will let you know if something changes this year.
TIME FOR THE CONTEST!!
Every year, Stampin' Up! retires stamp sets and accessories to make room for fun new product! This year, the stamp set and accessories list will be released on April 24th.
Email me a list of the TEN stamp sets that you believe will be on the Stampin' Up! Retiring List. Act quickly – this contest ends on Tuesday, April 23rd at 6pm. The person with the most correct guesses will win a $20 gift certificate from me to be used during May! EVERY person that enters will receive $5 off their May order of $50 or more.
The fine print: Do NOT include any hostess sets, seasonal catalogue sets or wheels. In the case of a tie, I'll do a random drawing for a winner. Stampin' Up! demonstrators not eligible for this contest. Sorry, this contest only open to Canadian entrants. Gift certificate and discount coupons only good through me. If you have been to one of my classes, you may have used these wonderful items on a project. I LOVE Stampin' Up!'s watercolour wonder crayons, but sadly, they've been discontinued. The Brights crayons and the watercolour pencils were on backorder and due to supplier issues, will not be available at all. The Regals, Neutrals and Subtles Watercolour Crayons will only be available while supplies last – so don't delay if you want to get some! I always loved being able to colour in images and make washes for backgrounds, especially on watercolour paper. I felt so artistic (even though I did NOT do well at watercolour painting – but with stamping and these babies I could almost pull it off).
Which leaves me with one question….now how will I be able to fake looking artistic??!!!

I was going through my files and realized that I don't think I had shared this card with you….and now the punch is retiring LOL!
This Stampin' Up! butterfly punch is retiring in 2 days on May 31st. I used Pretty in Pink and Whisper White cardstocks, and Pretty in Pink Designer Series Paper, plus the scallop edge punch. A little "bling" (although is it truly bling if it's not sparkly?) with the pearls.

This is a card I created a while back using Stampin' Up!'s All In the Family stamp set. This is a fun set that has interchangeable heads, bodies and limbs so that you can create your own characters that resemble your own real-life characters! This set will be retiring at the end of the month, so don't miss out if it's been on your wish list. It makes a fun activity card – you can stamp out images and the recipient (or creator!) can colour them in. This was a Father's Day card from last year.
Here in Canada we are enjoying a long weekend. We celebrated our Victoria Day weekend by hanging out with some friends, making S'mores (yum!!) and watching the fireworks. Oh – and I also spent some time cleaning out my craft room. It was a long neglected duty and while I know it's still an ongoing process, I'm thrilled with the results so far (I tweeted an instagram photo of it earlier in the day – did you see it?! Not sure how (or if) I can get an instagram photo embedded here…). I can't wait until my new catalogue open house & retired product garage sale – should be fun! Saturday, June 2nd – RSVP to get your copy of the catalogue that day!!
