…until the end of this year's Sale-a-Bration… SAB ends at the end of March. We had a full extra month (well, minus one hour!!) for SAB this year – how did you like that? If you're like me, you've probably left things to the end of the time frame!! You can still place orders online HERE (click on ORDER NOW), or you can contact me by email. With your $65 merchandise order (before shipping/taxes) you can select a Sale-a-Bration product for free. Don't forget that besides the fun goodies in the SAB catalogue, there is a list of items from the large Idea Book & Catalogue that you may select.
This fun sample was featured on the demonstrator side of the Stampin' Up! website (there's a whoooole side of information & inspiration there for us!) – I love the idea of using different sized punch outs to create some extra texture on the cardfront. This card features the Happy Moments set – see how the packages are actually paper pieced? You stamp your image on different cardstocks or designer series paper, then cut out the images and reassemble them.

Stampin' Up!'s Sale-a-Bration is on now – with every qualifying purchase ($60 merchandise), you may select a SAB product for FREE! So far, this set has proven to be the most popular amongst my customers – Polka Dot Punches. Each of the stamps coordinates with a punch, making impressive cards and scrapbook pages a cinch!
Here, we used the heart stamp, heat embossed with gold embossing powder onto pink pirouette and baja breeze cardstocks, then punched out with the full heart punch. Mounted onto brushed gold metallic cardstock, backed with basic black cardstock and then onto a mellow moss card. The sentiment is from the Upsy Daisy set, again heat embossed in gold.

Here's another look at the Top Note box and Love Note I quickly displayed on CH Morning Live… I used the Big Shot with the Top Note Die to create the top and bottom of the box, then assembled a quick box to go in the middle. Yes, I'm working on a video tutorial for this…
The little love note is made of sahara sand, and the black strip with antique brads matches the box. The heart is from the Sale-a-Bration set, Polka Dot Punches – all of the stamps in the set coordinate with a punch… By embossing the image with gold it makes it almost like stud work… I know black may not be the most romantic colour, but wanted to show that all Valentine's Day items do not need to be red or pink, especially if designed for a male!!
