It’s great to take on the road during vacations and make the projects with your kids or friends! I’ve been using it for some of my Thank You cards – I can produce a bunch of them (usually around 8 cards in a kit) in a short period of time I carve out for myself. Plus I have some left over goodies to use on other projects! When I started doing these kits, I understood why my customers love coming to class or club – everything is prepped, I just follow the instructions!!

Happy news as well – I’m reunited with my delayed suitcase! It arrived in the wee hours of the morning, so I have yet to unpack it….but I’m trusting that all my convention goodies are intact. Serves me right for not bringing my swaps in my carryon luggage, right? Ah well. They’re here now and that’s all that matters. Enjoy your day!

OK not the most glamourous shot I’ve ever produced but it’s hard to get things done on airport wifi…LOL These are the Stampin’ Up! Canada Deals of the week. I just invested in the Little Numbers Thinlits Dies that coordinate with the Little Letters dies, so I personally don’t need to grab those, but they are one of my favourites this week.
I’m on my way to join my friends at the Stampin’ Up! Annual Convention, where we’ve been promised peeks at the upcoming Holiday Catalogue (I know, I know, it’s still summer!!). I’m looking forward to catching up with my friends from the US & Canada and know that I’ll come back with lots of great ideas and inspiration! Stampin’ Up! Canada continues to offer a larger number of Weekly Deals this month! Check out this week’s grouping! I can tell what I feel I “need” more of because I’m drawn towards all the ribbon choices this time. Doesn’t that Crumb Cake Stitched Ribbon look luxurious?! I do love my Confetti Hearts Border Punch for adding an interesting edge or creating confetti for shaker cards and accents, and running right behind that – I always love a selection of framelits and the Floral Frames are so fun!

From now until 3 August, Stampin’ Up! Canada will be offering even more Weekly Deal Items and adding new things to the Clearance Rack (check out some of the offerings now – and grab them while they last!) Weekly Deals are specially priced product that are in the current Stampin’ Up! catalogue, while Clearance Rack items are discontinued (but still fantastic) merchandise. All items are while supplies last – there are a certain number of the Weekly Deals that are available, and once those have been sold, pricing returns to the regular catalogue listed price. SO. The best way to take advantage of these deals is to NOT hesitate! Place your order online through the YamStamps Stampin’ Up! Canada online store or contact me if you need assistance. This week, my favourite items are the Silver Sequin Trim (love the bling) and the newest option from Stampin’ Up! – the cardstock assortment pack that coordinates with a Designer Series Paper – in this case, Pretty Petals. I love that they’ve taken the guesswork out, and for those that don’t have all the cardstock colours at their fingertips, this provides a perfect way to have a totally colour coordinated crafting project.
