I love clean and simple designs….and I love shiny things….so this clean and simple shiny card is the best of both worlds!
This clean and simple shiny card features Stampin’ Up! Canada’s Splendid Day Specialty Designer Series Paper [DSP] – one of my favourites from the July-December 2022 Mini Catalogue. When you have paper this eye catching, it’s a shame to cover it up!
I chose the piece that has a Blushing Bride tone to it (though it doesn’t look so Blushing Bride-ish in the photo…LOL). The DSP is 12″ x 12″, so I cut it down for the cardfront. The pattern on this particular piece is a border – on opposite sides, so the middle section is not printed. When it was cut down, then, I was able to use the scrap pieces to die cut a few leafy shapes from the Forever Flourishing Dies to add to the long label from the Labels Aglow DIes. The sentiment is from the True Beauty stamp set. I really just mixed and matched the products I had in my craft room to suit the design I wanted for this clean and simple shiny card!
