I've started to upload a few designs to the Card Clinic folder for this year. The album is at the right on the blog or click here if you're reading this in an email update or reader. The way the clinic works – select a design, a date, and register and pay for a minimum of 10 cards of the same design. I will prep all the materials and have them ready for you on your selected date. You come to Burlington, stamp and assemble the cards and take them (and the envelopes) home to sign, seal and mail! Lovely handmade cards (by YOU) without the design hassle, prep or clean up! How fun is this set of class projects?! On Wednesday, October 26th at 7pm here in Burlington, I will be holding the Stitched Stockings Themed Class. For $30 you will create all the projects shown here – 4 cards, 4 tags and a matching stocking/portfolio. So cute!

You had to know it would happen, right?! Good to get a jump on those holiday cards and gifts….but a bit scary, too!! LOL
This month's themed class is Letters from Santa! We'll make these four fun cards plus the basket to hold them in (or a small gift). Cost is only $25 and includes all supplies required for this class. Date of class is Wednesday, September 28th, but start time will be slightly later than posted initially in the class list – 7:30. (We have a school open house early that evening!). Class is in Burlington ON but if you'd like to get a group of friends together, I can also come to you at another time! I am also considering offering this class one more time in the next month or so, so if you are interested in that option, please let me know. I'm holding a project class Friday, September 30th at 7pm. Your class fee includes one Simply Scrappin' Kit of your choice from the Idea Book & Catalogue, and a 5×5 art journal. We'll create a cover piece for the journal plus create decorated pockets and pages inside the journal. You'll be able to use this handy book to jot down notes, sketches, memories and ideas. You could use these as a jumping off point for future scrapbook pages, or simply use the journal itself as a mini scrapbook.
I posted this picture of an art journal I created over the weekend using the Beau Chateau Designer Series Paper and Beau Chateau Side Notes – so yours will be "similar but different" depending on which Simply Scrappin' Kit you pick! The Simply Scrappin' Kits start on page 188 in the Idea Book & Catalogue. My newsletter went out today, so subscribers had a head up on this class! This themed Flower Garden Class is a great way to build up your card stash, or create a gift for giving. We'll be using the Big Shot, plus stamping to create these beautiful projects! Cost is $25 and includes all supplies required.

If you've attended a class or club with me lately, you'll know that one of my missions of late is to include a masculine-type card in each session. Along those lines, and in time for Father's Day, June's themed class is Nautical Expedition and will definitely suit your non-flowery card needs!!!
