Have you wondered about Stampers Club? Curious about the great projects we make and the fun we have….but afraid to commit to a whole SIX months?? Well – here’s your chance! For this summer only, you have the opportunity to try out Stampers Club – commitment free! Well, okay, there are a few things you need to commit to, but only once…or twice if you choose. For July and August, there are limited spaces for Stampers Club Without Commitment. Register in advance to attend July and/or August Stampers Club to make four cards (all supplies included) and agree to purchase $33 worth of Stampin’ Up! merchandise at that club meeting. That’s it. Give it a try to see what it’s all about! If you like it – you may want to consider becoming part of the club to get your turn at receiving the Hostess Benefits (read: free merchandise of your choice) once during your six month stay in club – but no pressure to do so. Remember, this is Club Without Commitment 😉 Please note, though, that there are limited spaces for this limited time offer. See the YamStamps Events page for dates; Club is currently the third Monday of each month in Burlington ON. Please contact me to register or if you need more information.

Carpe Cake! (sorry to all those Latin scholars out there, because I’m pretty sure that’s not quite correct…). Anyway – a fun card using a combination of sets. The cake image is from Sketched Birthday, and while there are some good sentiments in that set, I was taken by the “Seize the Cake”from the Something to Say set and thought the two went together quite well. The Designer Series Paper Lullaby forms the background. I love that the DSP could be used for baby pages or projects, but doesn’t tie you to that theme. Of course, the easiest way to figure out a colour scheme for a project is to take it from the DSP used – so in this case, there’s some Coastal Cabana cardstock and thick Baker’s twine, and I used a blender pen to colour the image with Coastal Cabana, Hello Honey and Baked Brown Sugar. A fun birthday card for a guy or a girl 🙂
If you need to build up your card stash, don’t forget that I have monthly card classes and a monthly Stampers Club where you get to use all sorts of Stampin’ Up! product and techniques to create 4 different cards. Check out my Events page or contact me for more details!

Have you tried any of Stampin’ Up!’s photopolymer stamps yet? I _love_ them!! So easy to use, super sticky (but removable too LOL)… The latest offering, Calling All Heroes, is so much fun – could be good for that superhero called Dad?
Fantastic for kids and that retro feel – I am reminded of watching Batman reruns on TV after school….”BAM” “POW”! Here’s the flyer for the set If you love this – you’ll want to get it sooner rather than later – the last few photopolymer offerings have sold out!! Contact me if you have any questions or need help placing your order. (If you’re in the Burlington area, I’ll have an order going in after the weekend, so you can add yours to that – just contact me!).
